Your work history has value. Keep your company.
AI companies license the operating records of established businesses (projects, tickets, estimates, decisions) to learn how real work gets done. Years of that history may earn your company a licence fee.
Scroll to exploreYears of records sitting in systems nobody reads.
Every estimate revised, ticket resolved and exception handled is a record of expert judgement. AI companies need exactly that to teach systems how real businesses operate, and they license it from companies that kept it.
Licensing, not selling.
You keep ownership throughout. Nothing leaves your systems until you've seen an offer and agreed to it.

Straight answers.
Am I selling my company?
No. A data licence is not an acquisition. You keep the business and its records. Licences can include exclusivity, for example agreeing not to license the same dataset to the buyer's competitors for a set period, so read the terms carefully with your lawyer.
How much is it worth?
It depends on your industry, the volume and depth of records, and what buyers currently need. Each buyer prices every company individually after review, so we won't quote a number up front. If a buyer can't make an offer, you've lost nothing but a short conversation.
What about my clients?
Records are de-identified through the buyer's process before licensing, and anything owned by your clients or covered by confidentiality obligations is excluded. Ownership questions are settled by you and your counsel before anything is signed.
Do you need system access?
No. We never ask for files, passwords or system access. Qualification is a handful of questions. Any samples or exports go directly between you and the buyer, under an agreement you've signed.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. We're independent originators: buyers pay us a referral fee when a licence they've agreed with you completes. That fee doesn't come out of your licence payment. We introduce you to one buyer at a time, and only with your permission.
How long does it take?
Qualification takes days. Buyer review, offer and contract typically take weeks, depending on the buyer and how quickly your team and lawyer move.
